2. About CloseReady

CloseReady is an enrollment partner for the HOPER program (Hope for Homeownership Research Project) administered by Attainable Housing Advocates (AHA). CloseReady is not a mortgage lender, bank, government agency, or housing authority. We do not provide mortgage loans, financial advice, or legal advice.

The HOPER program provides research participant compensation to eligible homebuyers. Participation in HOPER does not guarantee mortgage approval, home purchase, or receipt of funds. All program eligibility is determined by Attainable Housing Advocates.

3. Eligibility Form and Contact Consent

By submitting the eligibility form on our Site, you:

• Consent to be contacted by CloseReady and its representatives by phone, text message, and email regarding your HOPER eligibility and homebuying journey
• Acknowledge that submission of the form does not guarantee enrollment in HOPER or receipt of any funds
• Confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge
• Agree that CloseReady may share your information with Attainable Housing Advocates and participating loan officers for the purpose of processing your eligibility

4. No Guarantee of Funds or Enrollment

CloseReady makes no guarantee that any user who submits an eligibility form will:

• Qualify for or be enrolled in the HOPER program
• Receive any specific amount of program funds
• Successfully purchase a home
• Receive mortgage approval from any lender

Program availability, eligibility requirements, and fund amounts are subject to change at any time by Attainable Housing Advocates without notice.

5. Not Financial or Legal Advice

Nothing on this Site constitutes financial, legal, tax, or mortgage advice. All information provided is for general educational purposes only. You should consult with a licensed financial advisor, attorney, or mortgage professional before making any homebuying decisions.
